Our toning classes are perfect for anyone looking to lose that last bit of body fat as well as helping to tone up the whole body leading to a fitter and healthier body.

 

 

Barre Concept - Total body ballet based workout that lifts, tones and burns fat in record-breaking time.

 

BodyBalance - A dynamic combination of Pilates, Yoga and tai chi to stretch and tone. 

LesMills Tone - Features the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training. In one of the safest and most effective workouts around. We mix lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises with great music.

 

Legs, Bums and Tums - A low impact studio class that promises to strengthen and tone your lower body and core.

 

Silver Zone - Low impact circuit based gym workout for the over 50's.

Fitness Suite is closed 14:00-16:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays during term time.

PLEASE NOTE: Last access to the pool or fitness suite is 30 minutes before closing.
