At Oxley we have a modern gym with easy to use equipment. Our gym is supervised by qualified instructors who are here to help you achieve your fitness goals. We do our best to keep up to date with the latest fitness releases and qualifications to have the best knowledge possible to help you.
Artificial pitch (Astroturf)
Large artificial all weather pitch that is suitable for football, hockey and tennis, featuring hockey and football goals and pitch dividers. Perfect for winter football training due to our 5 a side football goals.
We have a large 5 badminton court sized sports hall that can be used for a variety of uses including, badminton, basketball, short tennis etc. Many of our classes, such as Kettlebells, Boxfit and Zumba are held in our sports hall. We also have a climbing/bouldering wall that can be hired out for birthday parties.
25m, 6 lane swimming pool with spectator seating and a full state of the art timing system, ideal for running galas, hiring lanes for training and swimming events. The pool has been used for all sorts of things in the past including: triathlons, charity swimming events and much more.
Climbing & Bouldering Wall
Our indoor climbing wall has recently been extended to include a bouldering wall. Sessions are available for adults and children. More details are available on the Activities page.
We have two solid backed squash courts with overlooking balconies that are available for hire. We have also recently introduced a squash ladder - if interested please contact reception. Social squash is also available on Thursday nights at 7pm for anyone wanting to have a game and a catch up.
Our Studio Cycling Zone features the Matrix IC7 coach by colour bikes. The bikes adjust to each individual to create a personalized and effective workout for everyone. Whether you cycle everyday of the week or have never sat on a bike, these bikes are accessible and provide a workout like no other. We run instructor-led studio cycling classes almost every day.
