Summer Shape-Up Challenge

REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS IN OUR THREE MONTH CHALLENGE!

Throughout April, May and June we are offering our members the chance to work 1 on 1 with our fitness instructors and challenge yourself to complete your goal!

 

New members joining for the Summer Shape-Up Challenge will not need to pay a joining fee. 

Participants are asked to choose from our three goal categories: 

  1. Weight Loss

  2. Strength

  3. Endurance

Measuring Waist
WEIGHT LOSS

If you’d like to join the three month Shape Up Challenge, you will need to book an initial consultation at reception with your assigned fitness instructor.

 

The challenge is free but open to full members only.

You will then be ready to have your gym fitness review to. Relevant measurements will be taken at this time and will be used to help track your progress throughout the challenge.

All Shape Up Challengers must be prepared to use the facilities for the full three months, at least three time per week (gym, pool or class attendance).
