Since being launched by Phillip Mills in New Zealand Les Mills has quickly become the worlds largest provider of choreographed group fitness classes. At Oxley we offer 2 types of Les Mills classes that offer a wide variety of different exercises for varying fitness levels. Whether you're looking at loosing fat and increasing flexibility though Les Mills Tone or increase strength while finding calm in BODYBALANCE™ there is a class for everyone.
LES MILLS TONE Les Mills Tone is a cardio, strengthening and core class designed for all abilities. The class uses a broad range of simple movements, set to motivation music, which you use at your pace and at your level to improve your level of fitness. Your workout, your way!

BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.
