Meet the Manager

Customer feedback is important to us as it allows us to continually improve our facilities and respond to our community. To this end we run regular Meet the Manager sessions to allow our customers to raise anything they would like to with our Management Team.

The first Meet the Manager Forum was held to allow members of the sports centre to meet the management and discuss all aspects of the centre providing feedback to enable us to help to improve the services that we offer.

The session was very productive and useful for the members and the management. Due to the success of these meetings we will now be holding them very six months.
